Over the years, mellow acoustic singer-songwriter Joshua Radin has tallied north of 1 billion streams, sold more than 1 million albums worldwide, and received a gold certification for the single “I’d Rather Be with You.” His music has appeared in more than 200 films, television series, and commercials. He has performed on The Tonight Show, Jimmy Kimmel Live!, and Conan, and he contributed the song “Brand New Day” to a commercial supporting of the troops at the request of first ladies Michelle Obama and Jill Biden. Following the release of his acclaimed 2021 album The Ghost and the Wall, Radin has been working on a series of EPs, the first of which, though the world will tell me so, part 1, was released in January; though the world will tell me so, part 2, comes out in August.

The Ballroom Thieves’ fourth album, Clouds, is a song cycle born of mixed experiences and fueled by the power of imagination. Following a major car accident and the departure of a band member, the Boston-based indie folk duo has taken the duality of their experiences and translated them into song. Clouds is a lush meditation on longing to return to touring and see different sunsets and cities. But the album is also a reflection of its difficulties—like insomnia brought on by sleeping in different a hotel room every night.
