They each have that particular sound—that western, twangy accent—but there is always a Latin American essence.

—Indie Rocks!
Comprising brothers Alejandro and Estevan Gutiérrez, Hermanos Gutiérrez guide listeners on journeys through beautiful landscapes. The brothers draw influence from the Latin American sound of the 1950s for their twangy instrumental guitar music, which evokes wide-open spaces and sublime vistas.
After recording two albums in Berlin, 8 Años (2017) and El Camino de Mi Alma (2018), the brothers cut three more releases in Zürich: Hoy Como Ayer (2019), Hijos del Sol (2020) and their 2021 singles “Esperanza” and “Amor Profundo.” Their intuitively guided music is made with love, passion, and honesty, and it’s through this that Hermanos Gutiérrez wish to connect with the world.
