Founded in 2007, Jaleo performs a wide variety of Latin styles, including salsa, Latin jazz, cumbia, merengue, bachata, bolero, cha cha, and even American pop standards done with a Latin flair. The group is directed by Colombian duo Alvaro and Camilo Moreno, and the ensemble is made up of local musicians from Phoenix with different backgrounds and nationalities. This highly polished, skilled, and versatile group of professional musicians has produced over 300 arrangements.
