Three Arizona-based female artists share the stage to harmonize together and showcase their individual styles.
Ashley E. Norton Ashley E. Norton is the lead singer of international touring duo Whitherward. Beginning her career in the Arizona music scene, Norton moved to Nashville in 2010, where she wrote hundreds of songs and worked with some of Nashville’s finest musicians and producers. She left for a turn in the world of Americana and became a champion for independent music. Norton has over a dozen independent studio releases, multiple official music videos, and more on the way.
Krystal Baker Krystal Baker’s songwriting includes a variety of styles, such as country, indie folk, pop, and alternative rock. In 2001, she met multi-instrumentalist Sturgis Waters, and the two formed the Waters, a dynamic duo/group that plays throughout Arizona and beyond. Often writing about the universal trials of life from a first-person perspective, Baker tries to draw a connection with her audience that will leave them feeling understood and contemplative.
Sydney Sprague Sydney Sprague is a singer-songwriter based in Phoenix, Arizona. Backed by familiar-yet-surprising hooks and hard-hitting, topical lyrics, Sprague’s songwriting is continually evolving. With eyes on contemporaries, notably Avril Lavigne, she flawlessly carries that same fire, creativity, and wit into her 2021 release, Maybe I Will See You at the End of the World.
